Patient Recall Messaging

Bridge’s patient recall messaging solution, a part of Bridge’s patient engagement suite, makes sending HIPAA-compliant patient recall messages easy. Send patient recall messages manually or automatically with pre-configured automatic messaging triggers. Messages can be sent in any language. Set global preferences for which communication channel you’d like the messages to be sent by, ie. SMS text, email and/or push, then allow patients to configure their own preferences for which communication channel they prefer.

Medication Adherence and Reconciliation

Bridge enables healthcare providers to send automatic patient reminders for medication adherence via SMS text and email. Your clinical team can also trigger automatic requests for patients to periodically reconcile their current medications.

Patient Surveys

After a visit, Bridge can automatically send out surveys to a patient via SMS text, email or mobile push notification. Surveys can be in any language and can be specific to the type of appointment that they patient had. You can use surveys built into Bridge or your own survey software with Bridge’s patient messaging solution.

Personalized Patient Education

Bridge makes it easy to send personalized / patient-specific patient education. Patient education can be sent based on a variety of filters including type of visit, condition, age, sex, language, etc. Patient education can be in any language and the contents of the patient education can be included in the message or securely behind the portal if there is concern about the contents of the patient education. Personalized patient education can be sent via SMS text, email or push notification. You can track if the patient’s viewed the education or not, a common requirement for MU/MIPS. MIPS eligible clinicians can use Bridge’s patient-specific education software, part of Bridge’s certified electronic health record technology (CEHRT) patient portal solution to identify patient-specific educational resources and provide electronic access to those materials to attest for ACI_PEA_2.
“Patient education should be constant, making the manual sending of patient education a generally ineffective way of distributing patient education.”, explains John Deutsch, President and CEO of Bridge Patient Portal. “Healthcare organizations need to ‘drip’ patient education over a longer period of time in easily digestible amounts and therefore need a solution that supports the automatic sending of personalized patient education.” Bridge also supports integrating your entire patient education library into their patient portal or mobile app.

Preventative Care Outreach

Bridge’s preventative care outreach messaging solution, a part of Bridge’s patient engagement suite, makes sending HIPAA-compliant preventative care messages easy. Send preventative care messages manually or automatically with pre-configured automatic messaging triggers. Set global preferences for which communication channel you’d like the messages to be sent by, ie. SMS text, email and/or push, then allow patients to configure their own preferences for which communication channel they prefer. Messages can be sent in any language, though Bridge natively supports English and Spanish throughout the application. Use this feature to remind a patient about preventative visits, diagnostic testing, immunizations, flu shots and more.
